What I’ve Learned

I have slips of paper in many folders, books and envelopes. Whenever I happen upon them I remember I remember that I have read them aloud to my favorite people over the years. I keep them because every time I re-read them I remember exactly why I keep on keeping them. And then there are expressions that I’ve heard in person or from a movie, that demands pondering. What gems to explore and that is what I plan to do here. I don’t think you’ve come to a goat’s house for wool, but what exactly does that mean? Ever the student and teacher, I want to learn, share, and understand.
